Ocean Science Trust is Hiring a New Program Director

Ocean Science Trust (OST), a partner of the Climate Science Alliance, is pleased to announce that they are hiring a new Program Director! An independent, non-profit, formalized by California statute in 2000, they work closely with ocean and coastal agencies to advance a constructive role for science in decision-making. OST seeks a collaborative, entrepreneurial team leader and an accomplished relationship builder to grow their climate adaptation work, developing and implementing new initiatives that inform state, local, and community policy efforts on California’s marine and coastal human-natural ecosystems.

The full description may be viewed here: OST Program Director.

Familiarity with California’s human interface and social implications relative to marine and coastal policy and management is preferred, but those working in analogous roles in other sectors are also encouraged to apply.
