We invite you to join the Climate Science Alliance, in collaboration with partners from across the region, for the 2019 Carbon Sink Farming Convergence. There are multiple ways to be involved from learning about climate smart farming to strategizing with farmers, technical advisors, decision makers, and movement builders on how to address climate impacts through our food system.
Agriculture and working lands play a significant role in climate change, both as a source of global emissions and as a potential sink to reduce atmospheric carbon through sequestration in soils and vegetation. By working together, we can unlock the sequestration power of soil and plants and create a more resilient future.
