CSA Affiliated Artist, Audrey Carver, Featured in Upcoming MUSE Art Exhibit

Climate Science Alliance Affiliated Artist, Audrey Carver, is one of nine artists showcased in the upcoming exhibit, "Muse: San Diego Museum Murals". This unique protect paired nine San Diego County museums with nine artists to create mural concepts inspired by each museum’s mission and vision.

Carver was paired with Climate Science Alliance partner, Tijuana River National Estuarine Research Reserve (TRNERR), to create an art piece titled, "Visualizing the Future." This piece brought science to life by depicting four different "futures" of the Tijuana Estuary. Carver's four "futures" are interpretations of four scientific scenarios for what the Tijuana Estuary may look like depending on how our future unfolds in the face of climate change.

"Visualizing the Future" was made possible through the collaborative effort of the Audrey Carver, Climate Science Alliance-South Coast, Resilient Coastlines Project of San Diego, and the Tijuana River National Estuarine Research Reserve.

"Muse: San Diego Museum Murals" will be on display at the La Bodega Gallery in Barrio Logan June 17-30.
