About the Summit

The 2020 San Diego Climate Summit virtually convened local researchers, resource managers, community engagers, and youth leaders through an immersive and engaging experience to focus on our evolving understanding of regionally specific climate science and how it is informing on the ground solutions that build resilience for people and places.

We invited attendees to choose their own adventure - to explore the day's offerings and forge their own path to "climate hope." From pre-recorded workshops to live panels, no two sessions were the same and each attendee had the opportunity to create a virtual experience unique to them.
