Sarah Morgan

Education Program Manager

Sarah Morgan (she/her) is the newest face on the Climate Science Alliance team, joining as our Education Program Manager! She’s excited to connect with learners of all ages, build lasting relationships with community partners, and support educators in inspiring their students to explore nature, climate science, and ways to take action.

With more than 15 years of experience creating and leading nature-based education programs at places like the Ocean Institute, Birch Aquarium at Scripps, and the San Diego Botanic Garden, Sarah believes deeply in the power of science education to spark curiosity, inspire hope, and build more resilient, connected communities. She’s passionate about equity, access, and creating learner-centered experiences that honor diverse ways of knowing and she’s all about learning through hands-on exploration.

Sarah is continually inspired by the power of nature to heal, calm our minds, strengthen our connections, and remind us that we’re all part of something larger. When she’s not designing programs or collaborating with partners, you can usually find her wandering her local beach at low tide, camping under the darkest skies to catch a meteor shower, adding to her growing rock collection, or getting creative at the intersection of nature and art. She loves capturing the beauty of the natural world through photography and experimenting with sustainable, nature-inspired crafts.
