The Climate Science Alliance is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as the Grants Coordinator. The ideal candidate is someone who is responsive, highly organized, and detail- and deadline-oriented. We seek a team member who has experience or interest in the fiscal and grant management of projects—ideally for both private philanthropy and government agencies. This is an exciting opportunity to directly support on-the-ground climate change adaptation projects from conception to implementation.


The Grants Coordinator will report to the Operations and Grants Manager and has 4 primary focal areas to support:

  1. Fiscal oversight - developing budget and tracking expenses.

  2. Grant management - administer deadlines, deliverables, and reporting.

  3. Administration - oversee staff management procedures and processes.

  4. Development - seeking and securing funding.
