Grants Program Manager

Oversee and manage the Climate Science Alliance's Invest Program, which invests in community projects, programs, and individuals through financial grants, fellowships, and capacity building support.

As the Invest program lead, the Grants Program Manager builds and nurtures relationships with community partners, ensures compliance with contract and grant requirements, manages the flow of funds, and supports awardees in achieving their goals.



The Grants Program Manager is a highly effective administrator, a strategic thinker, and an empathetic relationship builder.

✔️ On-site position based in La Jolla, California

✔️ Full-time (40 hours per week)

✔️ Position salary is $33-38 per hour based on experience

Communications Manager

Oversee and manage communications for the organization, developing and implementing strategies designed to share our stories and uplift the work of the Climate Science Alliance and our partners.

The Communications Manager is the public voice for our transformational approach to climate adaptation—an outgoing, bold storyteller who translates complex climate solutions into accessible, personal narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.



The Communications Manager is a creative communicator with proven experience promoting ideas through diverse channels and building media relationships.

✔️ On-site position based in La Jolla, California

✔️ Full-time (40 hours per week)

✔️ Position salary is $33-38 per hour based on experience
