At the invitation of Global Citizen and Coldplay, the Climate Science Alliance hosted a booth at the recent Coldplay Music of the Spheres World Tour stop in San Diego at Snapdragon Stadium engaging concert attendees in conversations about climate hope.
For two awesome nights the Climate Science Alliance had the pleasure of hosting a booth at the Coldplay Music of the Spheres world tour stop in San Diego! That’s right, Climate Science Alliance was chosen by Coldplay to share our message of climate hope and we had an incredible time connecting with Coldplay fans.
Our booth had several activities for attendees to engage with and inspire conversation. We had a community art activity all about climate hope, where attendees were asked to write or draw about what gives them hope on the artwork. Answers ranged from conservation efforts to surfing to youth.
We also had a photobooth with props that represent actions individuals can take to protect the environment. With a beautiful photo backdrop taken by our partners at Condor Visual Media, participants chose the actions that resonated with them most along with some fun glasses and other cute props. Additionally, attendees could enter a raffle to win some beautiful greeting cards and stickers designed by a local climate artist.
We had a great time sharing the message of climate hope with hundreds of Coldplay fans and are so thankful to both Global Citizen and Coldplay for believing in our mission and inviting us to share our work!
