Calling all artists interested in using your art to communicate climate change science and solutions!
¡Llamando a todos los artistas interesados en utilizar su arte para comunicar la ciencia y las soluciones relacionadas con el cambio climático!
The Climate Science Alliance, Marigold Fund, and International Community Foundation are collaboratively hosting a 2026 Fellowship Program focused on climate change, art, and environment. Our goal is to engage and financially support artists from the plurinational region that includes San Diego County and the Tijuana region. We are offering two types of art fellowships, adult (18+) and youth (under 21), intended to engage the public in constructive conversations and healing experiences around the climate crisis through art. We intend to host at least eight different fellows through this year’s fellowship opportunity.
This opportunity is designed to support artists to help make climate information tangible and relatable to our community while inspiring us to make positive change. We believe that together we can create a sustainable future through learning, sharing, and celebrating our environment, our communities, and our dreams for the future. And who better to lead us than the creatives who use their art to engage, educate, and inspire.
La Climate Science Alliance, Marigold Fund y International Community Foundation están organizando conjuntamente un programa de becas para 2026 centrado en el cambio climático, el arte y el medio ambiente. Nuestro objetivo es involucrar y brindar apoyo financiero a artistas de la región plurinacional que abarca el condado de San Diego y la zona de Tijuana. Ofrecemos dos tipos de becas artísticas —una para adultos (mayores de 18 años) y otra para jóvenes (menores de 21 años)—, diseñadas para involucrar al público en conversaciones constructivas y experiencias sanadoras en torno a la crisis climática a través del arte. Nos proponemos acoger a un mínimo de ocho becarios diferentes a través de esta oportunidad de becas del presente año.
Esta oportunidad está diseñada para apoyar a los artistas para hacer que la información sobre el clima sea tangible y accesible para nuestra comunidad, al tiempo que nos inspira a realizar cambios positivos.
