Join the Climate Science Alliance as an Education Program Manager! The Education Program Manager oversees and manages the educational programs of the organization, ensuring they align with organizational and community goals. They develop curriculum, manage educational apprentices and implement and evaluate programs. The Education program manager is organized, strategic, creative, and passionate about translating complex climate science concepts into hopeful and innovative educational resources for youth, educators and community members.


The Education Program Manager reports to the Director of Programs and will advance the Climate Science Alliance’s goals through four primary focal areas: 

  1. Curriculum and Program Development

  2. Community Engagement and Education Program Management

  3. Supervision and Leadership

  4. Other


Position Description

  • The minimum required qualifications include 5+ years experience in educational settings, formal or informal

  • This is an on-site position based in La Jolla, California

  • This position is full-time (40 hours per week)

  • Position salary is $33-38 per hour based on experience
